Delivery & Returns

Every box from The Cake Curator is put together especially for you. Please allow a little time for us to choose, curate and pack your order before it begins its journey to you.

Curation & packing

Please allow 2–7 working days for your box to be curated, packed and dispatched.

Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll send you an email to let you know it’s on its way.

UK delivery

UK orders are sent by Evri and cost £2.99

Please allow approximately 2-3 working for delivery after dispatch.

Please remember that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control.

International delivery

Our Tools & Treasures boxes contain no edible products and could be available for international delivery - please get in touch if you would like to order this product for delivery outside the UK.

At present, our boxes containing edible items are available for delivery within the UK.

Returns & cancellations

We hope you’ll love your Cake Curator box, but if you change your mind, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. You’ll then have a further 14 days to return it.

Returned items should be unused and, where applicable, remain in their original sealed packaging. You’ll be responsible for the cost of returning a change-of-mind order. Once the return is received, we’ll refund the order in accordance with your statutory rights, including the cost of our standard UK delivery option where applicable.

Because each box is individually curated around the information you give us, if you wish to cancel before it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to stop the order.

Something wrong with your order?

We take great care when putting your box together, but if something arrives damaged, is missing, or isn’t what you ordered, please contact us at cakecuratorboxes@gmail.comwithin 7 days of receiving your parcel and we’ll do our best to put things right.
